How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Nasbaba (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Fire, all class, not crumpled, perfect, for 2 people norms, the kettle is small, but on the winter fishing norms.
All as in the description, but, with glasses neat, fold, Wilko perfectly, but the spoon is flimsy, the food can fall from it, 90 percent
Good product, looks like toy but I think it can work well
The product comes the same as an individual content as in the photo, relying on the 16.5 TL tax output you can get at this price I say do not miss very convenient, reached my hand in 2 weeks.
Super just no words!
This was packaged better than anything else I've ever purchased online. I'm really happy with the products, they're light and convenient. Fantastic value for money. I haven't tried them out yet, I'll leave additional feedback when I do, but do far I have seen one design flaw, the spoon bends the wrong way (see picture), you can put pressure on it by pressing the convex side down, but not by lifting the concave side up as it'll fold in on itself.
The product is exactly as advertised. The pots are good size to meet two people. The kettle is small but you get the practicality of saving space because all items fit about inside others. The only thing that will make (and could already come with it) are cloth bags or TNT to separate pots and kettle without scratch.
Nice tableware. Casserole, frying pan, kettle-very light-this is what you need for hiking. And folding glasses, fork, knife, spoon-heavy (they are made of steel), they will probably be rarely used, most likely will be used at home.
Perfect product. Received quickly and well packaged. Conform to the description and super practical for optimal space saving!!!

The goods came quickly, everything corresponds to the description. Compact set, you can take anywhere.
The quality of the products is tremendous. Bought with brands like doite, it's practically the same product. 100% recommended. It's worth the investment. As an observation, folding glasses are not fully functional is, they are kept very easy, A touch and get off, making q when they're with liquid is unfunctional. They can still be used but with that care. For me, it is a little relevant detail in com for the quality of the rest.

The product is the same as the one it wrote in the description part It's very light and takes up little space. Ideal for one or two people, but when you're third, you know how to make another round of food and tea, the folding Cup that came with it didn't give me much confidence, as if it was going to flow with tea. You know for sure I'll try and write at the first chance. Also the fork and spoon is great especially the knife is very sharp. Seller shipped the product fast. Also thank you in this. Shipping fast. Ordered 15.09 delivered by courier 23.09. Corresponds to the description. The kettle measured if to the very edge of the water pour then comes 800 ml., for free boiling space 600-700 ml. Glasses included each approximately 100 ml. I didn't. On a hike or for an exit to nature and for cooking on a gas stove for 1-2 people the most theme. I have not tried it yet. The appearance is all worthy. The goods are satisfied.

Very nice set for one person or as an extension (which is my case as I was missing a pan and a kettle). Quality is very good, or excellent for the price. Only do not be surprised it is for 4 persons camping, as the kettle can hold 600-700 ml (three glass of tea) maximum. I recommend the store and the product.
